Realtor Bookkeeping

Year-end cleanup for realtors, tax-ready by Feb 15.

Up to 12 months of cash-basis real estate bookkeeping. Commission income, splits, and agent expenses categorized, then handed to your CPA. Done within 1 week (5 business days) of receiving all documents and account access.

Year-End Cleanup

Starting prices for the year your CPA will file.

Solo agent is 1–2 bank and credit card accounts and up to 75 transactions a month. Producer is 3–4 accounts and up to 150. Team lead or broker is 5–6 accounts and up to 250.

Your flat fee depends on accounts, transactions, and how messy the books are. We confirm it on a free 15-minute call. Each backlog month beyond 12 is starting at $75. A 3-business-day rush is 25% more when the schedule allows. The free estimate uses these same tiers for real estate and other cash-basis businesses.
