Year-End Catch-Up Bookkeeping

Catch-up bookkeeping when your books are behind.

Year-end catch-up only — not a monthly subscription. We clean up 12 months in 3 business days on Kick. In 2026, Ryan (the founder) delivers every engagement himself.

Who It's For

Cash-basis service businesses that need one clean year.

Solo owners and small teams who do not need $500/month bookkeeping — just year-end cleanup their CPA can file from.

Attorneys

Cash-basis law practices that billed all year and have not touched the books since January.

Marketing & creative

Agencies and independents who need a reconciled year, not another software login.

HR & recruiters

Consultants and recruiting firms on cash basis who want tax-ready financials before the CPA asks.

Real estate agents

Owner-operators who need last year’s deposits and expenses cleaned up for tax prep.

Dental, vet & chiro

Owner-run practices on cash basis — dental, veterinary, and chiropractic — a year (or more) behind.

What's Included

A $2,000 floor for one clean year.

One company, cash basis, up to 1,000 transactions, and up to 2 bank or credit-card accounts. Add-ons are estimates only — use the calculator for a number on your books.

High-level add-ons

+$500 at 1,001–2,000 transactions
+$250 per extra financial account
+$300 if payroll needs reconciling
+$750 per extra prior year

Estimate only. The final flat fee is confirmed on a free 15-minute call — no hourly billing.

Not a Fit

We will say so before any work starts.

Catch-up bookkeeping here is cash-basis year-end cleanup. If you need something else, we will tell you on the call.

Not the right sprint

Accrual, inventory, or AR in the books

We do not take accrual-basis books, inventory tracking, or work that needs unpaid invoices and accounts receivable tracked in the books. Sending invoices is fine — we book income from bank deposits.

Insurance agencies

Monthly bookkeeping with Trident

Insurance agencies are usually a better fit for monthly bookkeeping with Trident, Ryan’s insurance-agency firm — not a one-time Books Ready Now catch-up.

Still deciding?

Cost, timeline, and the CPA handoff are on the FAQ.

If you are a CPA sending a client, we do not take the tax engagement or the monthly bookkeeping — see how the handoff works.
