Realtor Bookkeeping

Monthly financials for realtors and brokers.

Cash-basis real estate agent bookkeeping every month. Commission checks, splits, and agent expenses stay categorized between closings. Delivered by the 10th business day of the next month, then handed to your CPA.

Monthly Financials

A starting monthly price, tied to volume.

Solo agent is 1–2 bank and credit card accounts and up to 75 transactions a month. Producer is 3–4 accounts and up to 150. Team lead or broker is 5–6 accounts and up to 250.

Monthly Financials are delivered by the 10th business day of the next month. That date is not the 1-week guarantee. If you start mid-year, the catch-up is done within 1 week (5 business days) of receiving all documents and account access. Your flat fee depends on accounts, transactions, and how messy the books are. We confirm it on a free 15-minute call. The free estimate uses these same tiers for real estate and other cash-basis businesses.
