Books Ready Now LLC is a cash-basis bookkeeping service in Woodstock, GA. We work with clients nationwide. This page explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. Questions go to ryan@booksreadynow.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, the 14-point checklist download form, or the price estimator, we collect the name, email, business details, and any message you submit. The price estimator also asks for a phone number and a few facts about your books so we can prepare an estimate. These submissions are stored with our form provider, Netlify Forms.

If you book a call, the booking details you give through Cal.com are collected there.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply, send the checklist or estimate, and follow up about our services. We never sell or rent personal information.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. This site does not include a site analytics tool, and our pages do not set cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. After you submit the price estimator, your browser keeps the calculated estimate in session storage so the confirmation page can show it. That stays on your device for the browser tab and is not used for advertising.

Client bookkeeping data

If you hire us, your bookkeeping records are handled confidentially. We share them only with your CPA, or as you direct.

Opt out or ask us to delete

To opt out of follow-up, or to ask us to delete information you sent through the site, email ryan@booksreadynow.com.
