Realtor Bookkeeping

Quarterly financials for real estate agents.

Cash-basis real estate bookkeeping every quarter. Commission income, splits, and agent expenses categorized, with profit your CPA can use when they set estimated taxes. Delivered by the 20th day after the quarter ends.

Quarterly Financials

A starting price, four times a year.

Solo agent is 1–2 bank and credit card accounts and up to 75 transactions a month. Producer is 3–4 accounts and up to 150. Team lead or broker is 5–6 accounts and up to 250.

Quarterly Financials are delivered by the 20th day after quarter end. That date is not the 1-week guarantee. If you start mid-year, the catch-up is done within 1 week (5 business days) of receiving all documents and account access. Your flat fee depends on accounts, transactions, and how messy the books are. We confirm it on a free 15-minute call. The free estimate uses these same tiers for real estate and other cash-basis businesses.
