The free 15-minute discovery call is the same booking link used across this site. On the call we score scope and confirm the flat fee. No hourly billing. A 50% deposit reserves the place. The 1-week clock starts when all documents and account access are received.

What to ask about

Year-End Cleanup starts at $750. It covers up to 12 months and is done within 1 week (5 business days) of receiving all documents and account access. Quarterly Financials start at $250 per quarter and are delivered by the 20th day after quarter end. Monthly Financials start at $175 a month and are delivered by the 10th business day of the next month. Those ongoing dates are not the 1-week guarantee. Catch-up when you start Monthly or Quarterly mid-year uses the 1-week guarantee.

Same tiers for realtors and every other cash-basis business. Solo is sized for 1–2 accounts and up to 75 transactions a month. Growing is sized for 3–4 accounts and up to 150. Established is sized for 5–6 accounts and up to 250. Your flat fee depends on accounts, transactions, and how messy the books are. Medical, dental, and other higher-volume offices are custom-quoted on a free 15-minute call. Backlog beyond 12 months is starting at $75 per month. A 3-business-day rush is 25% more when the schedule allows.

The deliverable is a P&L, balance sheet, and a CPA handoff package. Out of scope: accrual basis, inventory, invoicing/AR tracking, job costing, payroll, tax filing/estimates/1099 filing, and trust/escrow.
